During our initial call or meeting (we are virtual as well) we will get to know each other better and establish your goals and determine if we are a good fit for each other.  We will also take this time to share how we plan to represent you in a professional and fun way and guide you at every step of the way right up to the closing table and beyond.

Next, we will chat and find out what you are truly looking for and create your ultimate wishlist. This should include your likes, dislikes and must haves so we may begin narrowing down the homes on the market that actually fit your criteria and price point.

STEP 2
Get Pre-Qualified

The last thing you want to do is fall in love with a home that is simply outside of your price range. We will help you connect with a professional mortgage originator to help you get prequalified so when you are ready to put in an offer the seller knows that you are a ready, willing and able buyer with the ability to purchase their home. Taking this important step in getting prequalified allows us to set a realistic price point for your home search criteria as well.

STEP 3
Find the One

Not only will we send you listings that meet your criteria, but we'll also set you up on MLS alerts so new listings are sent straight to your inbox. After browsing homes online and visiting the ones you really love in person, we'll get together and decide which home is the one!

STEP 4
Write an Offer

We have the skills and uniquely refined strategies to help you craft the best possible offer on the home you love. With our insight, quick response time, phenomenal communication and key relationships with other Realtors, we will give you the best chance to walk away with the keys to your new home in a highly competitive market.

We love our clients so we will create the time to get you in the door as quickly as possible and guide you effortlessly through the offer and purchase process.

Once you have an accepted offer, we will arrange for inspections, appraisal and mortgage approval. Not only is there negotiation needed on price, but also after inspections and appraisal. This may sound overwhelming but we are here to make the process as easy as possible for you.

STEP 5
Close & Celebrate!

Congratulations! It's time to close on your dream home. 

On settlement day, the final paperwork is signed and the home is officially handed over to you. You will receive the keys, become an official new homeowner and the fun begins!
